Jessica Rivera Moise is a United States Navy veteran, business leader, and financial services professional serving as Chief Liaison Officer and Board Member of Prime Venture Holdings (PVH).

 

During her military career, Jessica served as a Second Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy Seabees, where she developed extensive experience in operational management, personnel training, strategic planning, and team leadership. As a qualified heavy equipment and crane operator, she held multiple operational licenses, supervised complex lifting operations, and trained and mentored military personnel. Her service strengthened her commitment to discipline, accountability, professional excellence, and leadership.

 

At Prime Venture Holdings, Jessica plays an integral role in business development, organizational growth, recruitment, and professional training. She has helped develop and coordinate tax preparation training programs, recruit aspiring financial professionals, and establish educational initiatives designed to create opportunities for entrepreneurship and financial independence.

 

Her professional experience encompasses tax preparation operations, credit restoration, bookkeeping, business funding solutions, client relations, and financial education. She is actively involved in expanding PVH’s services, strengthening business partnerships, and supporting the company’s mission of helping individuals and business owners build stronger financial futures.
